Jacklyn Curry is a self-taught artist. She began painting in 2020, starting with watercolor landscapes and several portraits. Soon she began making multi-media abstract paintings, primarily using acrylic paint, collage elements and various mark-making tools. Her current work is an exploration of multiple layers of paint and other media, emphasizing revealing layers of meaning within the work.
